We are writing to you with an update for East Pye Solar.
We would like to thank everyone who has engaged with the Scheme and provided feedback during our Phase Two Consultation which took place between June and August 2025, and our Targeted consultation which took place between October and November 2025. The views and comments we have received from stakeholders has helped to improve our understanding of the local area and the aspects of East Pye Solar that you consider important for us to prioritise as we further develop our proposals.
Scheme Update Newsletter
The Scheme Update Newsletter provides an overview of the comments submitted to us during the Phase Two and Targeted Consultations, and how we are using this feedback to continue to shape a strong set of proposals that are sensitive to the concerns of local communities and key stakeholders, ahead of our submission of our Development Consent Order (DCO) Application to the Planning Inspectorate (PINS).

Next steps
We plan to submit our application in February 2026. PINS then has 28 days to decide whether to accept it to proceed to the Examination stage. A message from the Norfolk & Waveney NHS pharmacy commissioning team. A number of community pharmacies will be open over Xmas to provide access to medicines, advice and urgent support.

We are writing to share information on community pharmacy opening times across Norfolk and Waveney during the winter bank holidays for Christmas Day (25 December), Boxing Day (26 December) and New Year’s Day (1 January).
A number of community pharmacies have been commissioned to open on these dates to provide access to medicines, advice and urgent support when many other services are closed.
The attached poster shows the commissioned pharmacies and their opening times.
Please note that, in addition to those listed on the poster, some other pharmacies may choose to open voluntarily over the winter bank holiday period. The most up-to-date information will be available via NHS Find a Pharmacy.
